I am starting this blog at the end of my first year through my Chiropractic Doctorate degree. Its a place where I wanted to begin the growth of myself as an educator of health and also share the newest things that I learn that could potential help with musculoskeletal problems. It is also to help me with my journey through school into the foundation of my future practice.

I do enjoy trying new things because there is a certain vulnerability and risk that comes with something new, but the outcome is always a great experience.
